Information we collect
When you send a message or request a stay, we receive your name, email address, optional phone number, requested dates, the number of adults, children and pets, children's ages and anything you include in your message. If a stay is confirmed, we may also keep reservation, payment-status and stay records. The server may record basic technical and security information such as an IP address, browser type and request time.
Why we use it
We use this information to answer you, check availability, prepare or perform a booking, administer the stay, maintain records required by law and protect the website. The legal bases are steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations and our legitimate interests in operating a secure accommodation service. We do not use enquiry details for unrelated marketing.
Who receives information
Information is available to the hosts and, only where necessary, providers supporting website hosting, email delivery, calendar synchronisation or booking administration. It may be shared with public authorities when legally required. We do not sell personal information. External website resources may allow their providers to receive technical request data under their own privacy terms.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept only while needed to answer and follow up. Confirmed reservation and transaction records may be retained for the periods required by Croatian accounting, tax or other applicable law and for resolving claims. Information is then deleted or anonymised where appropriate. Protected backups may remain until their normal replacement cycle completes.
Cookies and security
The site uses an essential session cookie for security and form operation, normally lasting up to 24 hours, and a language cookie lasting up to one year. We currently use no advertising or analytics cookies. We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards and restrict access to administration, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your data rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability of your personal information.
