Does sending a request reserve the dates?
No. The form sends a direct enquiry to Villa Dalmatia. Your dates are reserved only after the hosts confirm availability, price and conditions in writing and you complete the agreed confirmation step.

How do guests reach the villa?
Secure parking is provided below the property. The final approximately 150 metres are reached on foot along a private illuminated path. Please consider this access before confirming, especially if anyone has limited mobility.

How many people can stay?
The villa accommodates up to 5 people in total, counting adults and children. Pets do not count toward human occupancy, but every pet must be included in the request.

Are children and pets welcome?
Children are welcome, and their ages are requested because younger children may stay free while older children can affect the price. Include every pet in the request so the hosts can confirm suitability, conditions and any fee.

Is the pool shared with anyone?
No. The pool, terraces and outdoor areas are private and reserved exclusively for the guests staying at Villa Dalmatia.

How should I read the availability calendar?
Green marks an available night and red a booked night. A split colour marks a check-in or checkout changeover. Synced availability is a useful guide, but only direct written confirmation from the hosts secures the dates.

When are price, payment and cancellation confirmed?
The hosts send the final price, deposit, remaining balance, payment method and cancellation conditions in their written offer. The website form does not take payment or create an instant booking.
